Synthesis of 4-aminobutan-1-ol

摘要 4-氨基丁酸为原料,通过保护、活化、还原、脱保护得到标题化合物,总收率为68%。 4-Aminobutan-1-ol was prepared from 4-aminobutyfic acid by protection of the amino group and then by activation and reduction of the acid group, and followed by deprotection of the amino group. The overall product yield was 68 % .
