摘要
介绍了高空作业半挂车支腿的拓扑优化原理和方法,建立了支腿的拓扑优化设计模型,并进行了拓扑优化计算,使得优化后支腿质量相对于原支腿减轻约18.5%,应力水平显著下降,取得了较好的轻量化设计效果。
Topology optimization theroy and method of braced legs is introduced, and then topology optimization model of braced legs is established. Finally, the model is optimized. The weight of braced legs is lightened by 18.5 percent. The stress level is declined remarkabley and good result of topology optimization is got.
