摘要
对精密制造中超精密定位技术、位移机构、精密位置检测技术、二级定位技术、误差补偿技术的进行重点论述,并分析了国内外的研究进展情况,对我国精密加工技术在搭建相应加工系统以及刀具测量与控制,误差新补偿,加工环境控制,设备的精度,复合加工等方面发展及尚待解决的问题提出展望。
The paper focused on discussing ultra-precision positioning technology, displacement mechanism, precision position-detection technology, secondary-positioning technology and new error compensation in precision manufacturing as well as their research development at home and abroad. Finally, some suggestions and prospects about how to develop the industry of precision manufacturing in machine tool, cutting tool, survey and control, error-compensation, environment control, equipment precision, compound processing aspects in China were presented and problems unsolved were discussed.
