摘要 塑料托盘的结构复杂、体积庞大,致使模具浇注系统设计难度增大,只凭模具工程师经验,已经很难把握浇注系统设计的合理性。因此,借助模流分析软件Moldflow,对塑料托盘浇注系统进行模拟仿真分析,优化浇口的数目、位置和流道尺寸等,使其达到流道平衡,降低成型托盘制品的体积收缩率等相关缺陷,最终确立最佳的浇注系统设计方案,提高一次试模成功率。 The difficuhy of design mould running system in the large plastic pallet is increased because of its complex structre and big volume. It is hard to control reasonableness of running system design just dependence on mould engineer' s experience. Therefore, the software Moldflow is adopted in artificial analysis running system of large plastic pallet and optimzing the number of gate, position, dimension of the runner to get runner balance, thus reducing related dejects of pallet product volume shrinkage rate. As a result, the best running system design plan is obtained with higher success rate of primary test mould.
