摘要
为降低或消除管料弯曲成形过程所特有的碰撞干涉危险,以VC++为工具,借助OpenCASCADE虚拟成形技术,采用三维仿真方法,分零件设计、CAD动态仿真、CAE仿真3大块设计开发弯管仿真系统。该系统能方便的进行干涉检测,预演管料弯曲成形的整个过程,实现对管料弯曲成形过程的严格检查。
In order to reduce and eliminate the danger of collision and interference during the pipe bending, this paper designed and developmed the pipe bending simulated system based on VC + + , the virtual molding technology of OCC and the technology of three-dimensional simulation, which includes three important parts: part design, CAD dynamic simulation and CAE simulation. The system can be easily proceed the interference test and demonstrate the whole process of pipe bending, thus realized the strict examination of the pipe bending process.
