摘要 基于显式动力学方法,借助有限元分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA,模拟了磨削成形过程。数值模拟的结果揭示了磨削过程中金属的去除规律和应力变化情况。该结果为避免磨削过程中出现裂纹、卷口、过烧等现象提供参考,也为磨削加工中各项工艺参数的确定提供理论依据。 Based on explicit dynamics method, the grinding forming process was simulated by ANSYS/LS-DYNA software. The numerical simulation results show the metal removal law and stress changing situation in the grinding process. The results provide a reference in order to avoid crack, flanging and overbum in the grinding process, which also provide a theoretic basis for determining the grinding process parameters.
