摘要
基于西门子公司的S7-200和6SE70变频器构成的USS网络系统的现代的控制理念,应用于造纸机电气传动系统中,以其先进的全数字控制方法,解决了以往模拟传动系统中存在的信号不稳定、参数调整麻烦等问题,投资少、安装接线简便、调试操作灵活、抗干扰性强、数据传输稳定可靠、精度高,完全符合造纸机传动系统中稳速、同步等要求。
This paper presents the USS network composed by SIEMENS S7-200 series and 6SE70 frequency conversion. Using advanced whole digital control method, the system resolves the problems of parameter rectification and unsteady signals existed in past anolog driving system. The system based on modern control conception has advantage with less investment, simple installation connection, flexible debugging, improved anti-jamming performances. Data tranference is steady and reliable with high accuracy which completely meets the demands on constant speed and synchrony in paper machine driving system.
