摘要
针对工业中使用的回转窑要进行窑衬清理,根据其作业要求,以单片机控制技术、传感器技术为核心,研制出窑衬清理机器人的测控系统。打砖清理自动控制方式中,采用安装在机器人两侧的超声波位移传感器,检测机器人离筒体两侧面的距离,开始和结束的判断是根据压力传感器的信息,实现清理作业的连续、自动的进行。人机通道的配置实现了人机对话功能。实验证明,该控制系统体积小,功耗低,运行可靠稳定,适用性强,还可用于不同类型回转窑的窑衬清理控制中。
The revoling tubular kiln liner needs to be cleaned when it has been working for a period. Based on the working requirements, the paper studied and manufactured a test system of kiln liner cleaning robot with key technique--singlechip and sensor technique. During the automatic control of cleaning bricks processing , using ultrasonic displacement sensors installed on the both side of the robots to test the robots distance apart from both sides of the shell; based on the information got from pressure sensor to judge its starting and ending , thus realized cleaning operation automatically and continuously. The configuration of man-machine channel realized man-machine dialogue function. Experiments show that the control system with small size, low power consumption, stable and reliable operation, strong applicability can be used in different types of rotary kiln lining cleaned up control.
