New Refining Plate for High Consistency Disc Refiner

摘要 介绍了一种新型的高浓盘磨机磨片,该磨片在挡条和磨齿的设计上进行了改进,其结构既延长了浆料在磨浆区的停留时间,又促进了高浓磨浆时磨盘之间蒸气的排出,解决了高浓磨浆时在磨盘之间产生蒸气压力的问题,并达到了满意的磨浆效果。 A new type refining plate for high consistency disc refiner is introduced. The design of baffle bar and refining gear in refining plate has been improved, its construction prolongs the pulp stopping time in refining area and accelerates the steam drainage between diskes during high consistency refining, thus solves the steam pressure problem occured between diskes during high consistenc'y disc refining with satisfied refining efficiency.
