摘要
在保证足够的准确度、精密度和灵敏度的前提下,采用索式萃取、浓硫酸净化、国产OV-17毛细管色谱柱和ECD检测器,通过优化实验条件分析河域底泥中六六六(BHC)和滴滴涕(DDT)等六种有机氯农药的残留。方法的线性范围为8.0×10^-3-4.0×10^-1μg/mL;加标平均回收率在78.8%-110.20,4,测定结果的相对标准偏差为4.5%-9.8‰实验结果验证了该方法快速、经济、有效,对河域底质中有机氯农药残留的测定具有好的适用性。
Pesticide residues in the sampled river sediment of Le'an River are measured for investigating six organo-chlorine pesticides including BHCs, DDTs and others by means of GC plus OV-17 capillary chromatic pillar, ECD, Soxhlet extraction and clean-up with concentrated sulfuric acid. With the optimized experimental condition and assured accuracy, precision and sensitivity, the determination presents a satisfactory result in terms of linear, recoveries and precision ranges, featuring fast and efficient analysis for organo-chlorine pesticide residues.
