摘要
介绍了一种实现荧光寿命成像显微的方法──频域外差法,研究并改进了相位调制度数据的逐点分析法,设计了相应的数据处理软件。通过对模拟数据的处理表明,该分析法具有很高的处理精度。
In this paper the heterodyne detection of fluorescence lifetime imaging microscopyis presented. The pixel-by-pixel phase-modulation data analysis method has been improved.A data analysis software was developed. By using simulated data, the software and data analysismethod are proved to have a high precision.
