摘要
2008年初的冰雪凝冻灾害,对贵州电力通信网造成了巨大破坏,严重影响了电力业务的传送。通过对系统受灾情况的分析,总结出贵州电力通信网存在的问题。根据电力通信自身的特点和重大自然灾害下对重要业务的需求分析,提出通过加强电力通信网和利用公众通信网资源建设电力应急通信网的建议,并结合通信网的结构,制定了贵州电力应急通信网的建设方案。
In the beginning of 2008, most areas in Guizhou province experienced extreme low temperature and freezing weather, which caused the damage of power communication network and influenced the operation of power grid. This paper analyses disaster situation in power system, points out the problems existing in Guizhou power communication network during the emergency, put forward the plan of constructing an emergency communication network by utilizing the public communication network, and proposes a construction scheme of emergency communication network based on the structure of Guizhou power communication network.
