摘要
采用酶法、比色法和放射免疫分析法比较了五种波长低强度激光血管内照射对小鼠血清NO、β内啡肽(β-End)含量及NO合成酶NOS活性的影响。结果表明,波长532nm和632.8nm激光能显著提高血清NO含量,532nm、632.8nm及650nm激光均显著增加血清NOS活性,而血清β-End则对532nm激光最敏感,842nm和1300nm激光对上述三个指标均没有明显影响,提示机体对激光血管内照射的波长似有一定的选择范围。
Effects of ILLLI on serum concentration of Nitric Oxide (NO) β-endorphin (β- End)and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) activity of mice were investigated by using enzymaticmethod and radioimmune assay- Result showed that after irradiation laser of 532nm and 632. 8nmsignimantly raise serum NO concentration, Laser of 532nm, 632. 8nm and 650nm evidently raiseserum NOS activity,and serum β- End concentration increased significantly after irradiation of laser of 532nm.It is probably the truth that wave length is an importqnt factor affecting the effect of ILLLI,and 532nm, 632. 8nm and 650nm are three optimal wave length.
