摘要
真空预冷保鲜是一门年轻的新技术,它可直接在产地对水果、蔬菜尽快地进行冷却降温,及时地排除田间热和多余的水分,延缓果蔬成熟和衰老过程,从而提高贮藏寿命和质量,我们对草莓、青菜、空心菜、猪肉、玉米、蚕豆等食品进行了真空预冷保鲜的初步试验,结果是令人鼓舞的。
The Vacuum pre refrigerated is a young technology. It can be directly cooling fruits and vegetables as quickly as possible at the producing area, getting rid of the field heat and unnecessary water of fruits and vegetables after harvest in good time. The mature and decrepit period were delayed, thus increasing quality of storing foods. We have tested the strawberry, greens, water spinach, corn, broad, bean, pork etc. by the vacuum pre refigerated for keeping fresh of foods. The results of the test are interesting.
