超临界锅炉风烟系统的流体网络动态数学模型 被引量:4

摘要 介绍了2种流体网络建模方法——节点压力法和网络法,并通过实例比较了2种方法的静态计算结果和动态响应过程,结果表明:网络法模型计算精度高,收敛速度快,可以快速响应压力的变化.在详细分析超临界锅炉风烟系统的基础上,建立了系统流动阻力的数学模型,采用模块化的建模思想编制了风烟系统的仿真算法,并在仿真平台Simpanel上对其静态和动态特性进行了仿真研究.通过分析表明:所建立的风烟系统仿真模型具有良好的静态精度和动态响应特性,能够满足仿真实时性的要求. Two model building methods for fluid network, namely node pressure method and network method, were introduced. The static calculating results and dynamic response process of the two methods were compared through example cases. Results show that the network model has high calculating accuracy and fast convergence rate, and can respond quickly to the variation of the pressure. On the basis of the detailed analysis of the air and gas system of the supercritical boilers, the mathematical model for the flow resistance of the system was built up. The simulation algorithm of the air and gas system was drawn up adopting modular model building method. Simulation study for the static and dynamic characteristics of the system was completed on the simulation platform of Simpanel. Analysis shows that the established simulation model of the air and gas system has good static accuracy and dynamic response characteristics, and can meet the requirement of the real time simulation.
