基于移动坐标系的多轴运动控制器的设计

摘要 通过将定位系统的误差动态特性转换到移动坐标系之中,设计出控制器,实现了将误差向量的切向分量和法向分量分配不同的误差动态性能.这个转换体现了控制动作中轮廓曲率和进给量的影响,以及移动坐标系中的系统动态特性. In order to implement the error assignment,the data from G code are reconstructed by the uniform cubic B - spline approach. By transforming the error dynamics of a positioning system to the moving coordinate frame,a controller is designed to assign different dynamic to the tangential and normal components of the error vector. The transformation illustrates the effect of contour curvature and feed rate in the control action as well as the system dynamics in the moving coordinated frame.
