摘要
以戊二醛作为交联剂对1.0%胶原溶液进行改性,在静态和动态的条件下测定了交联后胶原受温度的影响。结果表明:戊二醛能显著提高胶原的变性温度,静态变性温度由35.5℃提高到39.5℃,动态变性温度由31.1℃提高到35.7℃,分别提高了4℃和4.6℃。胶原溶液的弹性模量G′、粘性模量G□和复数黏度η*随戊二醛质量分数的增加而增大,在25℃时,G′、G□和η*分别从8.771Pa,8.616Pa和1.957Pa·s增加到25.59Pa,14.41Pa和4.674Pa·s,而滞后能耗tanδ从0.9827减小到0.5635。
The denaturation temperatures of cross-linked collagen with glutaraldehyde were determined by DSC and dynamic rheometry. The results showed that the denaturation temperatures of cross-linked collagen with glutaraldehyde increased remarkably. The static denaturation temperature determined by DSC and the dynamic denaturation temperature determined by dynamic rheometry were 39.5 ℃ and 35.7 ℃, increased 4 ℃ and 4.6 ℃, respectively. The G' ,G and η* of collagen crosslinked by 0.01% and 0.20% glutaraldehyde increased from 8.771 Pa, 8.616 Pa, 1.957 Pa's to 25.59 Pa, 14.41 Pa, 4.674 Pa's, respectively, but the tan δ decreased from 0.9827 to 0.5635.
