氨基树脂改性丙烯酸树脂-蒙脱土纳米复合材料的制备 被引量:6

摘要 用丙烯酸、硫酸化蓖麻油、乳化剂OP-10、过硫酸钾为原料进行水溶液聚合制得丙烯酸树脂。将丙烯酸树脂与蒙脱土通过插层聚合制备了丙烯酸树脂/蒙脱土纳米复合材料。选用三聚氰胺、双氰胺、尿素为主要原料,制得了良好水溶性的氨基树脂预聚体,用预聚体对丙烯酸树脂-蒙脱土纳米复合材料改性制得最终产品。研究了蒙脱土的加入方式及用量、体系pH值、氨基树脂预聚体合成工艺条件等对最终产品的影响。结果表明:加入钠基蒙脱土,其用量为丙烯酸树脂固体份质量的1%~5%,氨基树脂预聚体固含量占整体混合溶液固含量的10%,pH值为7~9,产品的稳定性好,制备得到的主要是插层型或剥离型的纳米复合材料。 Acrylic resin was synthesized by acrylic acid (AA), sulfated castor oil, OP-IO , potassium peroxydisulfate through solution polymerization. With the MMT and the Acrylic resin as Acrylic resin/MMT nanocomposites were prepared intercalating polymerization. A good amino resin prepolymer was prepared using Melamin, dicyanodiamide and urea as raw nanocomposites were luther modified by amino resin prepolymer. The effects of content raw materials, water soluble materials. The and affiliating ways of MMT, the pH value of solution amino resin prepolymer on synthesis of target compounds has been studied. The results show MMT is 1%-7% of the solid content of the acrylic resin, the solid content of amino resin prepolymer is 10% of the mixed, pH at 7-9,the high stabilization intercalated or exfoliated nanocomposite can be obtained.
