摘要
研究了聚丙烯酸酯(PA)-聚氨酯(PU)复合乳液的乳液稳定性、成膜条件以及涂膜的物性。结果表明:PA-PU组成的变化对复合乳液的贮存稳定性和热稳定性影响不明显,然而机械稳定性和冻融稳定性随着PA质量分数的增加而降低;最佳成膜条件:温度40℃、相对湿度60%和合适的空气对流;PA-PU复合涂膜的抗张强度、水中溶胀率随着PA质量分数的增加而降低,断裂伸长率、柔软度以及在丙酮中的溶胀率随着PA质量分数的增加而上升。
Emulsion stability, film forming conditions of Polyacrylate (PA)- Polyurethane (PU) compound emulsion and physical properties of compound film have been researched through. Results indicated that the influence of PA-PU composition on thermal stability and stockpiling stability of com- pound emulsion is not so obvious, however, freeze-thaw stability and mechanical stability will decrease with increasing the mass percent of PA. The optimum film forming conditions included temperature 40℃,relative humidity 60% and reasonable air convection. Tensile strength and swollen ratio in water of compound film reduced with increasing the mass and swollen ratio of compound film in acetone solvent percent of PA, and elongation at break, softness of compound film increased.
