摘要
研究了复配磷酸酯阻燃剂对PC/ABS合金材料的性能的影响。探讨了复配磷酸酯阻燃剂阻燃PC/ABS合金材料的力学性能和阻燃性能,复配阻燃剂对PC/ABS合金的阻燃机理。结果表明:在PC/ABS合金(质量比为70/30)体系中,磷酸三苯酯(TPP)和四苯基[双酚-A]二磷酸酯(BDP)按质量比为3:2复配具有协同阻燃作用。加入18份复配阻燃剂后材料的氧指数提高了6个单位,阻燃性能达到了FV-0级,并保持了材料较好的力学性能。
The influences of polycarbonate (PC) / acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS) alloy were researched in using compound phosphate ester in this paper. The effects of compound phosphate ester flame retardants on mechanical properties and flame-resistant properties of PC/ABS alloy were discussed. Mechanism of compound flame retardants to PC/ABS alloy was also researched. The results showed that in PC/ABS alloy (mass ratio of 70/30 ) system, triphenyl phosphate (TPP) and bisphenol A diphosphate (BDP) mass ratio was 3:2 with a synergistic role of flame-retardant. Compared with pure PC/ABS (70/ 30) alloy, adding 18 phr compound flame retardants into the alloy, its oxygen index increased by 6 units, flame-resistant properties got FV- 0 class and there were little changes for its mechanical properties
