摘要 以白油为稀释剂,利用热致相分离法制备了超高摩尔质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)微孔膜。研究了聚乙二醇20000(PEG20000)对膜水通量、孔隙率及亲水性的影响。结果表明,PEG质量分数为10%的膜水通量和孔隙率较大,亲水性较好。另外还研究了水洗时间对膜亲水性的影响,并借助傅立叶红外测试法对膜中PEG20000残余情况作了定量分析。研究显示,随着水洗时间的延长,残存于膜中的PEG减少,水洗17d后,PEG质量分数减小至1.4%,亲水性改善仍较明显。 Flat porous membrane of ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) / polyethylene glycol 2000 (PEG2000) was prepared by thermally induced phase separation (TIPS) with white oil as diluent. The influence of PEG20000 content on the membrane' s pure water flux, porosity and hydrophilicity was investigated. The results showed that the membrane with 10% PEG has the larger pure water flux, poros- nd the better hydrophilicity. In addition, the effect of washing time on the membranes' hydrophilicity was studied. Besides, the residual status of PEG20000 in membranes was analyzed quantitatively using infrared spectra. The results showed with the increase of the washing time, the PEG left in the membranes decreased. After water washing 17days, the mass fraction decreased to 1.4% and the hydrophilicity had greatly improved.
