摘要
[目的]了解护理人员对工作压力和满意度自我评价;探讨工作满意度与工作压力的影响因素。[方法]用整群抽样方法对某市两所三级医院按科室分布抽取科室,对所选科室的所有在编护士进行问卷调查。[结果]护理人员普遍感到工作压力大,对工作满意度不高。对工作不满意的原因主要有:收入低待遇差,护理工作不受重视、个人才能难以发挥,职称晋升难,缺乏业务培训等。[结论]调查结果对医院管理人员及有关部门制定医院护理人力资源管理对策,合理配备与使用护理人力,减轻工作负担与压力,提高其工作满意度有重要实用意义。
OBJECTIVE To understand how nurses perceive their job stress and satisfaction and what factors influence these perceptions. METHODS Applying cluster-randomized sampling, the two public hospitals at third level were selected in one city of Shandong province and all of the full-time registered nurses in selected departments were surveyed by the questionnaire. RESULTS Nurses reported high job stress ,heavy workload and low satisfaction for nursing job involving with low salary, low attention by others, difficult professional development, lack promotion opportunities, and insufficient professional training. CONCLUSION The findings have implications for hospital managers to implement staffing planning strategies aimed at recruiting nurses, reducing their workload and improving their job satisfaction.
