摘要 指出了高频逆变、数字化控制和谐波抑制是逆变焊机的发展方向,并对逆变焊机发展方向的三个关键技术——软开关逆变技术、谐波抑制技术、数字化控制技术进行了分析。以奥太数字焊机为例,介绍了基于数字化波形控制技术的逆变焊机不仅实现了友好的人机界面,更重要是数字化波形控制技术使逆变焊机在焊接性能提升方面体现出来了巨大优势,减小GMAW的焊接飞溅,改善焊接成形,并在要求较高的焊接工艺中成功应用。说明了数字化波形控制技术是提升逆变焊机焊接性能的重要手段,具有广阔应用前景。 The paper points out that the high-frequency inversion,digital control and harmonic wave suppression is the development direction of the welding inverter.The three developing directions of the key technique of soft switching inverter technology,digital control technology,the harmonic inhibition technology are analyzed.With Aotai's digital welder for digitalized waveform eontrol is introduced based on the welding inverter control technology not only realize the friendly human-machine interface, the more important is the digital waveform control technology makes the welding inverter welding properties in promoting a huge advantage,reduce the welding spatter,improve GMAW farming.In the higher requirement of welding technology it was used successfully.This explains that digital waveform control technology is the welding inverter welding properties of important means, has wide application prospects.
