基于DSP的脉冲MIG焊数字化焊机的研制 被引量:3

摘要 针对弧焊电源数字化、功能复合化、控制智能化的发展趋势,采用全桥移相ZVC主电路和数字化控制系统,研制出脉冲MIG焊软开关数字化电源系统。以TMS320LF2407A DSP作为控制系统的核心,利用STC89C51RC单片机作为人机交互系统的核心,通过控制系统软硬件和抗干扰设计,实现了电参数的精确控制和人性化操作。通过中值的波形控制工艺实验表明该数字化电源可以实现熔滴大小可调,增强了熔滴过渡的可控性,完全满足一脉一滴的过渡条件,并且工作可靠、性能良好。 According to the digitalization of welding power supply,multiple functionality and intellectualized control,a new type of control system of soft-switehing inverting pulsed MIG welding power supply was developed by using full bridge phase-shifted ZVS main circuit and digital control system.It takes a high-speed digital signal processor (TMS320LF2407A) as the core of control system and a STC89C51RC(MCU) circuit as the HMI(human-machine interface) system.Precise control of the output and humanized operations carl be achieved through the control system hardware,software and anti-inteKerence design.Finally,middle median waveform control is successfully applied in this digital arc welding power source.Through the experiments,the results indicate that median control method can change droplet diameter,enhance the controllability of droplet transfer and get the one droplet per pulse transfer,the performace of the digital welding power source is excellent.
