摘要 CO2气体保护焊是当今国内最重要的焊接方法之一,国内外许多学者提出多种控制思想,而实现这些控制思想的前提条件是焊机本身要具有良好的可控性和快速的反应能力。采用数字信号处理器(DSP)TMS320F2812和复杂可编程控制器(CPLD)EPM7192S构建了全数字CO2焊接系统,完成硬件和软件设计,并进行了焊接试验。系统采用数字软件滤波技术提高信号的抗干扰性,并通过CCS环境对其进行仿真验证。为了克服模拟PWM器件精度低的缺陷,设计了基于CPLD的数字PWM,同时对过电流、过热等保护信号进行处理。试验结果证明,焊接系统具有控制精度高、性能稳定等特点,波形一致性好,焊接飞溅小,成形好。 CO2 gas shielded are welding is one of the most important methods of welding and many scholars at home and abroad have putted forward a variety of ideological controls.As the prerequisites to carry out them,the welding machine must have good control and rapid response capability.So a digital CO2 welding system is designed by using TMS320F2812-DSP and EPM7192S- CPLD.System nses digital filtering software tethnology to improve the signal anti-jamming,using CCS to carry out simulation.In order to overcome the defeel of low accuracy for analog deviees,a digital PWM had been designed based on the CPLD,in the same time, the CPLD also deal with the protecting signals of over-eurrent and overheating.The results proved that welding control system has so many characteristics sueh as high accuracy,good stable,good waveform consistency,less splash and good weld forming,and so on.
