摘要
因薄膜电容器过电流能力大,耐压高,ESR小,高频特性好,所以在大功率逆变焊机中得到了广泛应用,主要用于逆变电路中的高频滤波、IGBT吸收和谐振选频。分析了薄膜电容器的可靠性与电压、电流、频率的关系以及使用中的注意事项,以帮助逆变焊机厂商在设计过程中更好地选用薄膜电容器。
Film capacitor widely use in high power invertible welding machine because of its heavy withstanding current ,high withstanding voltage ,little capacitive reactance and good frequency property,which use in invertible circuit for high frequency filter, IGBT snubber and resonance.This paper analyzes the reliability of film capacitor, the relationship with voltage, current and frequency, and the attentive proceeding in the using process, tbr that it can help the engineers of invertible welding machine manufacturers to choose the film capacitor better.
