摘要
针对目前送丝机构存在的送丝速度不稳定等问题,提出了以8051单片机为核心的自动控制方案。在介绍送丝机构原理的基础上,通过总结现有送丝机构的特点,采用AUTOCAD2005软件绘制了送丝机构总装图,并对送丝滚轮、导电嘴、焊丝盘等全部零件进行了设计计算,选择了配套标准件;以PROE三维设计软件绘制的送丝机构三维立体图,可从多方面展示了所设计的产品,并检验了整套机构的装配性能。围绕拟定的自动控制方案,以8051单片机为核心设计了具体应用电路,并对主要执行部件——步进电机进行了选型设计,从脉冲分配、电机转向、驱动要求等方面提出了对控制系统的要求,给出了以汇编语言编写的主要控制程序。全套系统功能完善,结构简单,具有送丝稳定、调节方便、适应能力强等特点。为方便用户使用,最后给出了整套送丝机构的故障类型及维修方法。
Propose taking 8051 monolithie integrated circuits as the core automatie control plan for the problem that wire feeding speed is not stably in the System and some other present questions.First we introduce the principle of the organization of the wire drive feeder,then summarize the eharaeteristic of the present wire drive feeder,draw the Final assembly drawing of the wire drive feeder by using the AUTOCAD2005 software,and design and calculate all the spare parts such as the feed roller,the contact tip,the wire reel,choose the necessary standard components.The three dimensional cubic chart of the wire drive feeder drew by the PROE three dimensional design software,ean show the produet from various parts,and examine the matching requirements of the entire organization.Encompassing the drew automatic control plan,design the specifically electric circuit taking the 8051 monolithic integrated circuits as the core,and choose and design the major implement--stepper motor,propose the eontrol system request from the pulse assignment,the electrical maehinery changed direction,the aetuation request,and give the primary e.ontrol procedure plaited by C (assembler programming language).The system's function is perfect,the structure is simple,it has some eharacteristics such as the stably wire feeding,the convenient adjustment,the strong adaptiveness and so on.In order to convenient the user,we gave the entire wire drive feeder's accident type and the resolve method in the article's end.
