摘要
目的木香挥发油/β-环糊精(β-CD)包合物的理化性质研究。方法采用TLC法、差示扫描量热分析、IR、X射线衍射、扫描电镜等手段,研究木香挥发油/β-CD包合前后理化性质的变化。结果包合物与β-CD及物理混合物相比,有显著性差异。结论木香挥发油/β-CD包合物属于分子间包合。
OBJECTIVE To characterize the inclusion complex of volatile oil of Aucklandia lappa/β- cyclodextrin. METHODS Analytical methods, such as thin layer chromatogram (TLC), differential thermal analysis (DSC), infrared spectra( IR), X-ray powder diffraction( XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), were applied for physieochemieal investigation of the complex before and after inclusion. RESULTS There were significant differences among the inclusion, β-eyelodextrin and physical mixture was found in TLC, DSC, IR, XRD and SEM. CONCLUSION The inclusion of Aucklandia lappa volatile oil has the characteristic of intramoleeular inclusion.
