摘要
目的采用亚临界水为流动相,分析苯等芳烃化合物。方法构建了4.6mm内径柱的亚临界水色谱-紫外检测仪器装置,考察了影响亚临界水色谱保留和柱效的因素。结果苯、甲苯等在建立的条件下获得良好分离。结论升高温度使亚临界水的反相洗脱能力增强,并可得到柱效的最佳值;高温下可采用高流速来提高分析速度。
OBJECTIVE To develop a Subcritical water chromatography ( SubWC ) to analyze aromatic hydrocarbon. METHODS SubWC instrument was developed and the effect of experimental parameters on the retention and performance was studied. RESULTS Organic compounds such as benzene could be eluted from graphitic carbon column with subcritical water as mobile phase. CONCLU- SION The eluotropic strength of water increased with the column temperature, and the flow rate could be increased at high tempera- ture because of the decrease of viscosity and affection on performance, which was very beneficial for the rapid analysis and environment protection.
