摘要
从理论上分析了用于128×128PtΑSiIRCCD的微透镜成象机理,采用光线追迹法建立发微透镜阵列的数学模型和设计方法,并探讨了微透镜阵列折射率与填充系数的关系,主透镜的F数与衬底厚度的关系,使用计算机模拟设计得出了微透镜阵列的最佳尺寸。
Imaging mechanics of microlens arrays for 128×128 IRCCD was discussed. Mathematic model and design method were established by raytracing method .Relations of refrative index of microlens and fillfactor were discussed. Relations between F number of objective and substrate layer were also discussed. The optimal size of microlens arrays was got by using a computer simulation program.
