摘要
美国次贷危机表面上是流动性造成的,但实质则根源于美国居民借助金融创新维系其"透支消费"模式的非持续性。房地产泡沫的破灭是次贷危机爆发的导火索,次贷衍生证券的设计缺陷与监管失当、金融机构的公允价值会计计量方法和以在险价值(Value at Risk,VAR)为基础的资产管理模式,加剧了风险在全球信贷市场和资本市场的恶性传导,最终因金融系统过度"顺周期性"引发信用链断裂,使信用风险迅速蔓延至实体经济。次贷危机并未超越马克思危机理论对历次经济危机的逻辑归纳,本质上仍可定性为严重生产过剩的必然后果。
