员工消极角色外行为的研究分类及其比较 被引量:4

摘要 近十年来,员工消极角色外行为问题已经开始在西方主流组织行为学和人力资源管理研究领域受到了一定的重视,并逐渐形成了相应的研究分支。主要的消极角色外行为按照目的明确性和内容复杂性进行分类,从行为主体、行为客体以及行为的本质和结果三个维度比较,员工消极行为的八个主要研究分支间存在着异同之处。
