利益分配问题在贯彻中央一系列战略决策、解决现存的经济和社会问题中具有基础性作用。利益分配问题的产生是我国经济和社会进程累积效应的表现,也和分配问题自身的内在机制有关,利益分配问题的凸现是中国现代化进程中的一个必经过程。解决现存利益分配问题的长效机制应跳出就事论事的思维方式,着力于构建有利于社会和谐的利益分配架构。
