两个偶氮化合物的合成及其光致变色性质和线性吸收关系 被引量:8

Synthesis and Photochromic Properties of Two Azo Compounds and Linear Absorbtion Relationship

摘要 以苯胺、对甲基苯胺、间氯苯胺、水杨醛为原料,采用重氮-偶合反应方法,合成了两种含-C=N的线性偶氮化合物。用核磁共振氢谱、红外光谱、元素分析表征了其结构。将这两个化合物配成浓度1.0×10-5mol/L的DMSO溶液,用125 W高压汞灯照射不同时间后,用Shimadzu UV-2550型紫外可见光谱仪测试其紫外吸收,同时以纯DMSO作参比,这两个化合物分别在345、290 nm处的反式吸收逐渐减弱,在493、428 nm处的顺式吸收逐渐增强,表明这两个化合物有光致变色性质。用125 W高压汞灯短时间照射溶液后,这两个化合物的光致变色不明显,但其反式最大紫外吸光度和光照时间有较好的线性关系。 Starting from 4-methyl-aniline, 3-chlorine-aniline, salicylaldehyde via diazo-coupling reaction, two linear azo compounds containing --C=N A and B group were synthesized. Structures of these two compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR and I HNMR. DMSO solutions of these two compounds,having a concentration of 1.0 ×10^-5 mol/L,were irradiated with a 125 W high- pressure mercury lamp. Then UV absorptions of A and B were tested by a Shimadzu UV -2550 UV - vis spectrometer. Pure DMSO was used as the reference. Respective trans-absorptions of A and B at 345,290 nm weakened gradually, while those at 493,428 nm were gradually enhanced, The results show that these two compounds have good photochromic properly. By irradiating solutions of A and B with a 125 W high-pressure mercury lamp for a short period of time, the photochromism of these two compounds became not evident, but the maximum trans-absorption and time of irradiation bore good linear relationship.
