内涵外延相互促进 又好又快协调发展——以山东工商学院(1998～2008)为例

高等教育的发展,有时以内涵发展为主,有时以外延发展为主。1999年大扩招以来,中国高等教育走出了先是以外延发展为主、尔后以内涵发展为主、内涵和外延发展相互促进的发展道路;高等学校必须从国情和本校实际出发,走内涵与外延相互促进、又好又快协调发展的道路。山东工商学院体制划转10年来的发展是一例证。

The development of higher education in China, sometimes with the connotation of development-oriented, sometimes to the development of the main extension; since 1999, the higher education began to expand the recruit of the college, Chinese higher education firstly out of the main development of extension, then to the connotation of development-oriented, at last, select the path of mutual development of the connotation and extension; colleges must begin with our national conditions and reality, take the connotation and extension of mutual promotion and coordinated development of fast and good roads, the devalopment of Shandong Institute of Business and Technology is a case in point over the past 10 years that have been transferred the management system.
