摘要
本文从理论上分析了用于红外电荷耦合器件(IRCCD)的微透镜成象的机理,采用光线追迹法建立了微透镜阵列的数学模型和设计方法,并针对128×128元PtSi-IRCCD进行了计算机模拟设计。研究结果表明,采用微透镜阵列可使IRCCD的填充因子达到100%。
The image mechanics of microlenses for IRCCD was discussed.A image model and design method were established using ray tracing method.A simulation design program for an PtSi IRCCD practical device with 128×128 pixels was performed on a computer.The calculation results show that the filling factor of 100% for an IRCCD with a microlens array can be obtained.
