摘要
大学作为利益相关者组织与大学走向"多元治理",是一个不争的事实。多元利益主体在大学治理中存在着固有的利益分歧或冲突。如何使存在利益分歧的多元主体就现代大学治理达成某种程度的共识或形成某种妥协,即达到一种"多元和谐",罗尔斯"公共理性"观念作为一种新的阐释,为多元利益主体从冲突走向和谐提供了一个可取的思路。
It is an indisputable fact that the University is an interest relative' s organization and tends towards "multiple management". The inherent interests' differences or conflicts exist in the main body of multiple interests in the university governance. How to make the multi-bodies that existing the interest differences and conflicts among the modern multi-university governance to achieve a degree of consensus or to form some kind of compromise, which is to achieve a "harmonious pluralism", the concept of Rolls "public reason" which as a new explanation, provide a desirable thinking way for the main bodies of the multi interest transforming from the conflict to harmony.
