摘要 分析了线状缺陷的形貌特征,通过对现场试样线状缺陷的分析和模拟轧制试验,研究了线状缺陷的形成原因。结果表明,"黑线"是由钢中夹杂引起的,"亮线"是钢中气泡和夹杂共同作用的结果。 Linear defects are common on the surface of cold-rolled sheet. This article describes the morphology of linear defects, and by analyzing the linear defects on the samples collected from the production scene and simulating rolling experiment, it discusses the causes of the linear defects. It is found that the "black line" is caused by the inclusions and the "white line" results from the combined action of the bubble in the steel and the inclusions.
