摘要
通过热处理在多壁纳米碳管上负载2种金属氧化物颗粒,以其为催化剂,用化学气相沉积法制备碳包覆金属粒子,并利用XRD、TEM、FESEM和EDS对催化剂和产物的物相组成、形貌和结构进行表征。结果表明,金属氧化物颗粒均匀地负载于纳米碳管的管壁上,所制备的碳包覆金属粒子粒径较为均匀,具有明显的核-壳结构。
Two types of oxide particles supported on multi-walled carbon nanotubes prepared by heat treatment process were used as catalysts for the synthesis of carbon encapsulated metal particles by chemical vapor deposition method. The phase composition, morphology and microstrueture of the catalysts and the products were characterized by XRD, TEM, FESEM, and EDS. The results show that the oxide catalyst particles are deposited on the walls of carbon nanotubes uniformly, and the synthesized carbon encapsulated particles with uniform size have obvious core-shell structure.
