摘要
目的:研究百合科葱属植物葱Allium fistulosum L.的干燥成熟种子的化学成分。方法:采用大孔树脂柱色谱、硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱和反相硅胶柱色谱进行分离纯化,通过理化常数和1H-NMR、13C-NMR、ESI-MS等波谱技术进行化合物的结构鉴定。结果:从葱子水提取物的50%乙醇大孔树脂洗脱部位中分离得到了7个化合物,分别鉴定为腺苷(Ⅰ),2,3,4,5,6-五羟基己酸(Ⅱ),1,4-二羟基-2-甲氧基苯(Ⅲ),S-顺式-烯丙基-L-半胱氨酸(Ⅳ),S-反式-烯丙基-L-半胱氨酸(Ⅴ),反-异扁柏脂素(Ⅵ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅶ)。结论:以上化合物均为首次从葱子中分离得到,其中化合物Ⅵ为首次从葱属植物中分离得到。
Objective : To study the chemical constituents of Semen Allii Fistulosi. Methods : Isolation and purification were carried out by macroporous absorption resin, silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and RP-silica. The compounds of Semem Allii Fistulosi were identified and elucidated by spectral and chemical methods. Results:Seven compounds were obtained from water extract of Semen Allii Fistulosi and their structures were determined as adenosine ( Ⅰ ), 2,3,4,5,6 - pentahydroxyhexanoic acid ( Ⅱ ), 2-methoxyhydroquinone ( Ⅲ ), S-( cis-l-propenyl)-L-cysteine ( Ⅳ ), S-(trans-l-propenyl) -L-cysteine ( Ⅴ ), trans-hinokiresinol ( Ⅵ ), and β-sitosterol (Ⅶ). Conclusion : All the compounds are found in Semen Allii Fistulosi for the first time, and compound Ⅵ is found in Allium for the first time.
