摘要
目的:建立鱼藤酮-辣椒碱悬浮剂辣椒碱含量的化学定氮分析方法。方法:定氮法测定悬浮剂中辣椒碱含量。结果用空白对照及蛋白质氮含量进行校正。结果:定氮法测定辣椒碱含量均值为0.25 g/100 mL(精密度RSD1.77%),回收率100.67%(RSD1.65%),蛋白质对辣椒碱含量测定的影响在误差控制范围内。结论:本方法操作简便,重现性好,可作为鱼藤酮-辣椒碱悬浮剂中辣椒碱质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a nitrogen determination method for determining capsaicin in rotenone-capsaicin suspension. Methods : The capsaicin of suspension was determined by the nitrogen determination method. The results were regulated by blank control arid protein control. Results:The content in suspension was 0.25 g/100 mL and RSD was 1. 77%. The mean average recovery of the method was 100.67% and RSD was 1.65 %. The error of the protein influence was in control. Conclusion:The method was simple and accurate. It could be used to quality control of the rotenone-capsaicin suspension.
