摘要
研究了RP-HPLC法检测五味子药材中的五味子醇甲含量的方法.色谱条件为色谱柱VP-ODS柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:V(甲醇):V(水)=13:7;检测波长250nm;流速1.0mL/min.检测结果为峰面积与浓度线性回归方程Y=2×10^6X+30294(r=0.9995,n=7),五味子醇甲在0.03~3.0mg/mL范围内线性良好,加样回收率101.01%,RSD为1.829%.研究结果表明,本方法是测定五味子药材中的五味子醇甲含量的理想方法,但不适合测定药材中的五味子乙素含量.
The RP-HPLC method of determining schisandrin in Schisandra sphenanthera is studied by using VP-ODS Column (150 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm) and methanol-water(13 : 7)as a mobile phase under the detection wavelength at 250 nm and flowing rate of 1.0 ml/min. The linearity regression equation between the concentration of schisandrin and peak area is Y= 2 × 10^6 X+ 30 294 (r= 0. 999 5, n=7). The linear correlation is available between 0.03 and 3. 0 mg/mL of schisandrin. The average recovery of schisandrin is 101.01%, and RSD is 1. 829%. The results show that HPLC is a good method for the determination of schisandrin in Schisandra sphenanthera, but not suitable for kadsuranin.
