摘要 根据杭州湾调查资料,应用统计学软件SPSS,对浮游植物、浮游动物以及水质调查结果分别进行聚类分析.运用多元聚类分析方法综合理化和生物指标对杭州湾水质进行评价.研究结果表明聚类分析方法能够较好的评价生物及水质指标,将各种聚类结果与水环境要素调查结果综合考虑,能够更为准确地对水质进行评价;杭州湾水域的浮游生物多样性较好,优势种为近岸低盐种,富营养化程度由外海向近岸递增. Based on the investigation data of Hangzhou bay, the correlation among phytoplankton, zooplankton, and water quality was evaluated by the method of cluster analysis. Combined with the method of cluster analysis, the biological diversity concept, and the similarity index, multivariate analysis was included intothe water evaluation, which proved to be a better method than the regular single factor analysis. The results showed that cluster analysis method is suitable for oceanographic data processing, and water quality could be evaluated more accurately by multivariate analysis. As far as the investigation results were concerned, relatively good biodiversity of plankton was observed at Hangzhou Bay. However, the degree of eutrophication presented the increasing tendency from the outside to the coast.
