摘要
校长的课程领导意识与行为直接影响着学校课程变革的进程和水平,决定着学校课程改革的成败。调查显示,我国中小学校长的课程领导意识较弱,课程领导效能不高。要加强和改善校长的课程领导,必须从转变校长的领导观念,重塑校长角色,为教师提供专业指导和支持,改善组织结构以及加强学校与校外支持力量的合作等方面努力。
Principals' curriculum leadership plays an important role in school curriculum development and reform process, which is directly related to the success of the course reforms. This study uses the measure of random-sampling in investigating the problems lie in principals' curriculum leadership and behavior in the new round of the basic education curriculum reform and gives the related suggestions on strengthening principals' curriculum leadership.
