课堂教学是教育的实践领域,是实现教育公平的主阵地,从一定意义上来说,课堂教学中教育公平与否直接决定着教育公平的实现程度。影响传统农区课堂教学中教育公平的主要因素有:教师的教育理念、道德水平、教学方法等。解决传统农区课堂教学中教育公平的对策是:建立与教育公平相适应的教育教学理念、改革教学组织形式、提升教师的精神境界。

Class teaching realizes the education and decides the fairness of education. The main factors affecting the education fairness are： the education ideal of teachers, moral level, and teaching methods. The main countermeasures are： setting up the teaching ideal which suits to the education fairness, reforming the class-teaching form and improving the spiritual level of teachers.
