LISS钢板治疗骨质疏松骨折

ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECT OF LISS ON TREATMENT OF OSTEOPOROTIC FRACTURE

摘要 目的:探讨LISS钢板在骨质疏松骨折中的临床应用价值。方法:用LISS钢板治疗粉碎性骨折11例,男性4例,女性7例;其中股骨近端骨折5例,股骨远端骨折4例,胫骨近端骨折2例。结果:术后随访除1例病人(术后因跌倒致钢板松动)外,其余10例均没有出现内固定松动的现象。结论:用LISS钢板治疗骨质疏松骨折可兼顾老年人多器官病变,手术时间短,创伤小,失血少,感染少,减轻病人疼痛,便于早期功能锻炼。LISS钢板在临床中有广阔应用前景。 Objective:To discuss the clinical practical value of LISS steel plate's in osteoporosis fracture. Method: 11 cases of comminuted fracture were treated with LISS,4 men, 7 women;5 cases of femoral bone proximal bone fracture,4 cases of distal femur bone fracture,2 cases of proximal tibia bone fracture.Result:Follow-up found internal fixation was intact in 10 cases ;one case after operation (steel plate became loose due to tumble). Conclusion :Treating of osteoporosis fracture with LISS steel plate is eonvenien for earlier functional exercise, shortening operating times.diminishing operating wound and blood loss.reducing infection and relieving pains of patients.It is especially of benefit to the old man who often suffered from multiorgan pathological changes.There is broad prospect with LISS steel plate in clinic.
