HPLC法测定水杨酸滴耳液中水杨酸的含量

DETERMINATION OF SALICYLIC ACID IN EARDROPS BY HPLC

目的:建立测定水杨酸滴耳液含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:采用Hypersil ODS2色谱柱,甲醇-水(80:20)为流动相,检测波长为283nm。结果:水杨酸的线性范围为3.19μg/ml^31.9μg/ml(r=0.9998);加样回收率分别为100.5%(RSD=0.54%)(n=9)。结论:HPLC法可用于该制剂的含量测定和质量控制,方法简便、灵敏、结果准确。

Objective：To establish a RP- HPLC method for determination of salicyhc acid in its lotion . Method：Chromatographic condition included Hypersil ODS column and mobile phase of a mixture of methanol - water （ 80 ： 20 ） , the detection wavelength was 283 nm.Results： The linear ranges of salicylic acid was 3.19ug/ ml-31.9ug/ml（ r = 0.9998 ） ; the average recoveriy was 100.5% （RSD =0.54%） （ n=9 ）. Conclusion：This method is simple, accurate, sensitive, and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
