以新疆林业科技信息资源为基础,以新疆林业科技信息网为平台,以新疆林业科学研究、科技成果推广、技术服务、科学普及为重点,按照科技期刊库、科技文献库、科技成果库、政策法规库、技术标准库、科技专家库等分类,以先进的数字化信息处理方法为手段,建设新疆林业科技文献资源共享平台,借以实现新疆林业科技信息资源共享,为新疆林业跨越式发展目标和林业科技快速发展提供一条信息化高速公路。

Based on the forestry science and technology information resources in Xinjiang, the platform of Xinjiang forestry scientific and technical information network, used the forest research, science and technology promotion, technical service and science popularization as the emphasis the forestry scientific and technical literature resources sharing platform in Xinjiang was constructed using digital information processing technology, including scientific and technological periodicals, scientific literature, scientific and technological achievements, policies and regulations, technical standard, science and technology experts, to realize the share of forestry scientific and technical information resources and provide a information highway to the leaping-forward development of forestry and the rapid development of forestry science and technology in Xinjiang.
