Practical Exploration of the Reform of Project Curriculum of Agricultural Product Quality Determination Specialty

以农产品质量检测项目为载体,以科研和社会服务为纽带,进行农产品质量检测专业课程的教学改革与实践。结合学生自身素质、用人单位的需要及农产品检测专业课程中存在的问题,探索更为合理的教学方法和教学内容以及最终考核方式,提高学生的职业素质,使学生真正成为农产品质量检测领域里理论知识和检测技术全面发展的、符合社会需要的技术型应用人才。

The teaching reform of project curriculum of agricultural quality determination specialty was made. Combined with students＇ qualities, demands of employing units and problems in the specialized course, more reasonable teaching methods, teaching content and final evaluation mode were explored, to improve students＇ professional qualities, and make students really become technical type applied talents with the full development of theoretical knowledge and detection technique, and matching with social demand.
