摘要 以牧场生鲜牛奶为实验材料,用乳成分分析仪测定了2007年6月至2008年5月12个月每日牧场生鲜牛奶的脂肪、蛋白质、密度、非乳脂固体等指标,研究了季节变化对乳成分的影响。结果表明,季节变化对乳成分有较显著的影响,其中秋季的牛乳乳脂肪、蛋白质及非乳脂固体的含量为四季之首。实验证明,季节对乳成分的变化有显著的影响。 The fresh farm milk has been chosen as original material, using milk content analyzer measured the fat, protein, consistency, and the other non-fat components of the fresh milk during the whole 12 months ( from 06/06 to 07/05 ). The effects of seasonal changes on the composition of milk have been discussed in this report. Results showed that seasonal change has a remarkable impact on the milk composition. In autumn, the milk eontent of fat, protein and non-fat eomponents were the highest during the four seasons. Study showed that seasonal ehange had a remarkable effeet on milk composition.
